  2. Like I said, it’s important to make your site look just as good as your content and vice versa. This is one of the things that will make your visitors remember you. Aside from the appearance of your site, visitors should be able to navigate through it easily. The more visitors you attract the more you can build your list without trying so hard.
  3. Good customer service will not only keep your customers happy, but will help you gain new ones as well. Nothing beats referrals from loyal customers, not even expensive ads. Referral is the best exposure you can get.

In order to build your list with loyal customers, you must first gain their trust. And the best way to do that is to have a good image. Aside from having a good looking site with good content, the way people view you matters as well.
