Great tips Apple, I believe that one of the best ways to manage time is to have a schedule and stick to it as possible. It can help you stay focus on tasks, limit wasted time and get thing done in a short period of time. It is what I also do at work. Then, set an estimated amount of time when working on each task using a time tracking tools called Time Doctor. I even set my regular breaks on it, which allows me to relax a bit and regain sanity. Another great way to do is know your productive time like working early in the morning when your children is still sleeping. This way you can do tasks without getting distracted.
